Steve Headley

I started at Choice in August of 2017 as the Customer Service Manager. I came to Choice after 12 years with Southern Maryland Newspapers where I dabbled in almost every area of the company, including Inside & Outside Sales, Sales Director, Circulation Director, and Director of Operations before the company was sold in 2016. I have worn most, if not all, hats at Choice over the last 7 years.

Currently, I am the Internal Director of Operations overseeing all inside departments, including Customer Service, Installation, Retail Sales, Training, and Software Implementation. I love working with all customers and have knowledge in all areas of our business; I’m always ready to help you with your next project or help train one of our staff members. When I’m not running around the different departments at Choice, you will find me on the ball field coaching baseball and softball nearly all year round, especially in July.
