Coming from the arts and entertainment business as a musician, I learned early on in life that“practice makes perfect”After entering the business world in the 80’s, I realized that the same metaphor holds true. No matter how good operations are working, there is always room to practice perfection! Especially when it involves customer service. Although Choice is still my livelihood, I like to think of it as an asset for all its employees and customers.
